Situation: The page will not load when I clicked on a job. Solution: Please go directly to the company website you are interested in working for and then find the "Careers" or "Job Opportunities" section. Find the job and apply to the job again. If you do not see the job posted on the company's website, the job is likely no longer available.
If you continue to encounter problems, please send an email to Support and provide as much of the following information as possible:
- The error message you received, if applicable
- The company name you are trying to apply to (BNSF.com, Davita.com, Vanderbilt.edu, etc.)
- The website address you started at (company website, FlipDog.com, Monster.com, etc.)
- The job title you are attempting to apply to (Customer Service Representative, Accounting Manager, Network Engineer, etc.)

Situation: I am trying to complete an Assessment, an EEO Survey, or Online Application and cannot access the page to start the assessment. Solution: The link in the email you received may be split across multiple lines and you are only clicking on a portion of the link. Please follow the steps below:
- Highlight and copy the first line of the link/URL address (the first line may be an actual link).
- Open your web browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.). Paste the first line of the URL address into the 'Address Bar' of the browser.
- Go back to your email. Highlight and copy the second line of the URL address (this line should be directly under the first line).
- Go back to your web browser. Paste the second line of the URL address at the end of the first URL address in the 'Address Bar' of the browser (no spaces between each part). If this was the last line of the URL in the email, skip to step 7.
- Go back to your email. Highlight and copy the third line of the URL address (if applicable).
- Go back to your web browser. Paste the third line of the URL address at the end of the second URL address in the 'Address Bar' of the browser.
- Hit your "Enter" key to access the page.
If you continue to experience problems, please forward the original email you received to Support for further assistance.

Situation: I am trying to complete a form and am unable to submit information. Solution: You may have left a required field blank or entered invalid information in a field.
- Ensure that you have entered only numbers in date and salary fields (no letters, commas, or colons).
- Ensure you have completed ALL required fields - some fields may only be required if you answered "Yes" to specific questions.
- JavaScript must be enabled in your browser to be notified when you leave a required field blank; please check your browser settings and enable JavaScript functionality if needed.
